Bring-on-the-Bacon Brunch

Prep. Time: 15 minutes Cooking Time: 3–4 hours Ideal slow-cooker size: 2-qt.

1½ cups shredded gluten-free or regular frozen hash browns ½ cup diced
cooked ham ¼ cup diced onion ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

4eggs

2 Tbsp. milk ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. onion powder ¼ tsp. garlic powder dash of
hot sauce 
1. Spray crock with nonstick spray.

2. Spread the hash browns evenly across the bottom of the crock, followed by a
layer of the ham, then the onion, then the cheese.

3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, onion powder, garlic powder,
and dash of hot sauce. Pour this over the contents of the crock.

4. Cover and cook on Low for 3–4 hours.
